Above ground grease traps & full-sized steam ovens are usually not compatible leading to grease blocking drains around the oven. Clerarflow can connect & pump from these ovens directly into grease traps & automatic grease traps as shown in the image. The site is a very busy ready meal factory based in Salford providing tens of thousands of meals per week. The ovens are in constant use, previously the owners saw drainage issues around the ovens as an occupational hazard, now they can pump directly into a G.R.U auto tank the drainage problem is now solved.
