Shipping & Returns

We have put our most commonly asked shipping and return questions below:

Delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom is free. Shipping for stock items is usually within 1-2 days depending on region and carriers available. For delivery to destinations outside of the UK please contact us for a quotation.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, all orders require a signature upon delivery.

Currently we can ship to anywhere in the EU and the Channel Islands.

If you miss your delivery then the courier company will leave a card with details of when they tried to deliver the parcel. This card will also contain the courier companies telephone number and reference number so that you can call them to arrange a collection or re-delivery.

We send all orders out by 1-2 day delivery service, next day and timed deliveries are available upon request. Orders can only be tracked upon delivery and proof of delivery can be requested at any time.

Weekend or orders placed on a Bank holiday will be despatched on the next working day. During Christmas and New Year our warehouse will be closed. Orders over this period will be despatched on the first working day after New Year.

Our next day delivery service is a next working day delivery service and does not include weekends or public holidays. You should also be aware that we have a 2pm cut off time for next day deliveries. Orders must be placed before 3pm to qualify for this service otherwise they will miss our couriers collection times. If an order is placed after 2pm, it will be shipped the following day.

If these items are returned for refund each item will be subject to a £30.00 carriage handling charge.
