Installation of 2 x 6,000 litre grease interceptors we installed on behalf of Northumbrian Water PLC. The site is an extremely busy pub serving up to 600 meals per day. The pubs effluent was contacted to a sewage treatment plant and pump station. These two systems could not function with the amount of grease & solids entering with the waste water flowing from the kitchens. Clearflow engineers managed to install two primary & secondary grease interceptors in a small court yard adjacent to the pub. The result was a near zero fats oils & grease contamination of the pump station & sewage treatment plant.
